It has been a privilege to serve my community for 32 years as your current Skagit County Chief of Field Operations. This dedication drives my desire to become your next Skagit County Sheriff. I believe in practical, common-sense leadership that involves listening to our community, supporting staff, and making decisions based on experience and integrity rather than politics.

As your Sheriff, my responsibility is to every resident and visitor of Skagit County. I envision fostering a culture of accountability, honesty, and integrity within the ranks that extends into our community. That’s how public service should function.
